Join our award-winning team in our continuous quest to deliver the most brilliant, personalized smart living and smart business experiences to people around the world.The Fulfillment Lead will report to the Warehouse Manager and will be responsible for packaging, wrapping and shipping products while overseeing the day-to-day activities of fulfillment associates. This position will partner closely with other warehouse departments therefore the ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with a high attention to detail are key attributes. The Fulfillment Lead will mentor and train team members on working accurately and being successful in their position.
- Provide day to day guidance to individuals in your area of responsibility in respect to quality, training and workflow
- Drive and support process improvement activities
- Perform routine inventory cycle counts
- Partner with representatives from other departments in the organization to provide production information as requested
- Provide feedback to supervisors and managers as needed
- Enforce standard safety procedures within a production setting
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in a production environment
- Ability to read, write and clearly communicate English
- High School level general math capability
- Must be able to operate Windows based PC
- Confidently present information and/or engage in discussion in one-on-one and small group situations with team members and other employees
