We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our B2C and B2B e-commerce presence for our lineup of exclusive brand product across multiple platforms, including our website (Big Commerce), marketplaces like Amazon.com, and reseller partner portals such as BestBuy.com. This role will focus on optimizing our product listings, managing account health, and analyzing sales data to drive revenue performance and enhance customer experience. Success in this role requires that you can understand the overall e-commerce opportunities and partner to execute with a cross functional set of internal and external stakeholders like product management, marketing, UX/creative, partners, vendors, and operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may shift or change priority based on evolving project needs, but will likely include:

  • Collaboration: Serve as the quarterback for the assigned channel(s) within the organization, acting as the primary point of contact internally and externally. Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, sales, and logistics, to align strategies and drive overall channel success.
  • Optimize Product Listings: Enhance titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and images to improve visibility and conversion rates across all platforms.
  • Utilize Amazon Brand Registry: Leverage features such as A+ Content and Brand Stores to create a compelling brand presence.
  • Account Health Management: Monitor Amazon Account Health metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.
  • Fulfillment Logistics: Manage fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • E-commerce Site Management: Configure and maintain our e-commerce platform and marketplace storefront settings to optimize operations and functionality.
  • Pricing Management: Ensure accurate and competitive pricing across all platforms and storefronts.
  • Marketplace Adaptation: Tailor product listings and content to meet the specific requirements of reseller portals like BestBuy.com.
  • Advertising Campaign Management:  Work with Digital Demand Generation team on advertising campaigns on respective platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Policy Compliance: Stay informed about marketplace policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance across all activities.

 

You Must Have:

  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon), preferably in B2C and B2B settings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
