The Manager, Inside Sales will report to the VP of Sales and be responsible for leading a team of inside sales account managers that must meet monthly sales quotas by generating revenue through consultative selling while providing best-in-class support and service. This position requires a candidate who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is goal oriented with an emphasis on accountability to their team members for delivering results. The Manager, Inside Sales should excel in a high-performance environment and possess exceptional coaching, analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.    

  

Specific Responsibilities    

  • Manage a Team of Account Managers (Inside Sales) who drive revenue by speaking directly to customers through, but not limited to, virtual meeting, phone calls, email, etc.
  • Accountable for delivering revenue goals/targets and driving strategies to achieve the organization's objectives
  • Instruct direct reports on all new processes, tools and methodologies used by Snap One
  • Lead a high performing Sales Team through coaching for continual improvement as an Industry Leader
  • Analyze Inside Sales KPI’s to generate actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with departments; specifically including Product Management, Marketing and Customer Support
  • Work jointly with internal departments to facilitate new initiatives, messaging, campaigns and offerings
  • Lead and set agenda for Account Management Team Meetings
  • Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories and incentives by facilitating regular staffing and gap analysis
  • Research and offer solutions for customer escalations within the sales department
  • Coach and mentor departmental team member
  • Attend in-person company trainings, planning sessions & industry events as needed
  • Interview, train and develop new Inside Sales team members as need

     

Required Qualifications    

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 4+ Years Sales Experience
  • 2+ Years B2B Experience
  • Willing to travel up to 10%

     

Preferred Qualifications    

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics, CEDIA, or results-based solution selling
  • Demonstrated success in a leadership position
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM
