The Email Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for the management of all marketing campaigns from inception to execution to post deployment analysis and recommendations. This position requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong judgment, curiosity, and adaptability. The Email Marketing Specialist will collaborate with various business teams to execute campaigns in a timely fashion. The role will focus on campaigns for Partner Acquisition, Partner Lifecyle campaigns, Partner Stores and digital communication campaigns in Braze. 
 
Specific Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns in Braze, focusing on segmentation, automation, and personalization to achieve marketing goals.
  • Manage communication schedule and ensure timely deployment of all campaign content
  • Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key performance indicators to optimize email marketing campaigns.
  • Implement best practices for email marketing, including CAN-SPAM compliance, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
  • Work closely with the creative team to manage the development of content for all campaigns
  • Produce reports to demonstrate campaign progress and success and provide recommendations for future iterations
  • Coordinate list generation from marketing database and manage customer targeting 
  • Other projects and initiatives dependent on the business needs
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, and/or equivalent experience
  • 2+ Years proven experience in email marketing and multichannel communication, with a focus on using Braze (or comparable software experience)
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of email marketing regulations and best practices
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in consumer electronics
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with graphic design tools and copywriting is a plus
  • B2B & B2C Marketing experience
  • Social Media Management experience
