Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Digital Experience, the Ecommerce Manager for SunBrite will be responsible for driving consideration and sales of SunBrite products through the company’s own website, marketplaces, and reseller portals to grow sales.

 

The ideal candidate must possess a blend of demonstrated business acumen and technical savvy in the Ecommerce and Digital Marketing space and the ability to work with team members cross functionally.

 

Specific Responsibilities

  • Manage B2C and B2B ecommerce presence across platforms including our own website (SunBriteTV.com on Big Commerce platform), marketplaces (ie: Amazon.com); and reseller Partner portals (ie: BestBuy.com)
  • Optimize, integrate and maintain online product portfolio including product specifications and marketing assets, pricing input and validation, product detail pages, and promotional execution. Manage and automate data flow across systems and develop and improve Product Information Management processes and ecommerce technology integration.
  • Recommend technology improvements and project-manage ecommerce development initiatives with internal teams and external partners including customer experience, design, content, navigation, cart and checkout, information architecture, SEO, marketing, performance, and functionality.
  • Optimize SEO efforts to maximize organic traffic, and PPC advertising to maximize ROI and volume. Analyze and report on performance metrics with a focus on revenue growth and ROI. Passion to drive both profitability and topline growth.
  • Ensure functional QA and testing of development updates and ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting of issues across different browsers and devices
  • Develop and expand email and other marketing communications capabilities including processes and technology integration.
  • Manage within digital budget and report on ROI and performance metrics for online sales and marketing. Drive continuous improvement (spend efficiency, automation, scale, etc.)
  • Identify, analyze, and execute on opportunities to improve online user experience, site load times, and other recommended solutions to drive key metrics like traffic, conversion rate, and average order value.
  • Serve as internal expert on key ecommerce trends and behaviors that impact the customer experience and business results
  • Maintain knowledge of and compliance with current regulatory standards and key Partner requirements.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field; or equivalent experience and 8+ years in ecommerce role successfully managing and delivering on projects as an individual contributor and across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with a leading ecommerce platform (such as Big Commerce, Shopify, Magento, WebSphere)
  • Experience with selling through Amazon
  • Strong analytics, data management, data integration, and reporting experience
  • Experienced with relevant digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, etc.), AdTech, and MarTech
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerBI

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced and/or certified in Google Analytics and Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Social Media
  • Familiar with IT best practices (security, ERP and systems integration, etc.)
  • Experience with social media marketing and advertising
