Reporting to the Sr Marketing Manager, the Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, communicating, and optimizing customer-facing marketing messages across marketing channels. This role will partner with marketing and functional stakeholders to understand requests for customer-facing communications, prioritize requests based on alignment to company strategic objectives, and develop/communicate/oversee implementation of the messaging plan to deliver relevant, coordinated, and timely messages to our customers. The Channel Marketing Manager will also be responsible for the execution of owned social media publishing. This role requires the ability to understand business strategies, interact with diverse stakeholders of varying levels, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The position also requires strong project management, communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills.


  • Gather messaging inputs from key business stakeholders, understand the overall business strategy and objectives, synthesize priorities into an overall messaging plan and calendar
  • Proactively collaborate with Marketing channel owners and Creative Services to plan and execute; seek qualitative and quantitative feedback to drive short- and long-term improvements
  • Communicate plan with key stakeholders on a regular cadence to foster awareness and alignment. This includes highlighting both messages requests that were incorporated (and why) and those not incorporated (and why not) into plan
  • Monitor performance of business and marketing plans to understand drivers and adjust go-forward strategies for continuous improvement
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations to optimize existing channel marketing strategies that improve the customer experience
  • Publish organic social media content in accordance with messaging plan, develop and execute channel best practices and monitor community feedback and distribute for proper follow up.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and 5+years of experience in a channel management role or 7+ years of experience in an equivalent role, Channel Marketing experience a plus
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate plans and align on goals to build an integrated calendar
  • Experience optimizing marketing strategies across multiple channels to improve customer experience
  • Understanding of creative development processes across critical channels print, social, web, email, digital

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Wrike or other project management tools
  • Experience in consumer electronics and/or technical product acumen
