Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams, you'll translate customer needs into digital features, leveraging market data to enhance existing tools and improve the overall customer journey. Your role demands a balance of creativity, ROI focus, and meticulous attention to quality, staying abreast of market trends and technology advancements. You'll serve as the customer advocate within Snap One, translating business needs into actionable insights, driving product strategy, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve go-to-market targets and user adoption goals.
