Reporting to the Senior Digital Experience Manager the Sr Digital Experience Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the development of digital products that cater to both customer and business requirements. Your primary focus will be on snapav.com, a B2B customer portal offering product education, commerce, support, and business services, alongside secondary attention to brand microsites. Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams, you'll translate customer needs into digital features, leveraging market data to enhance existing tools and improve the overall customer journey. Your role demands a balance of creativity, ROI focus, and meticulous attention to quality, staying abreast of market trends and technology advancements. You'll serve as the customer advocate within Snap One, translating business needs into actionable insights, driving product strategy, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve go-to-market targets and user adoption goals.   

   

    

Specific Responsibilities   

  • Manage new digital tools, enhancements and/or fixes by having an overall understanding of business strategy, company goals, and customer goals
  • Drive the prioritization of tools, enhancements, and fixes based on impact and strategic alignment through scoping of effort and benefit, using sound data, stakeholder input, and excellent judgment
  • Actively participate in all stages of the development cycle (from discovery to release) for the timely implementation of the roadmap, including SCRUM ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and program increment planning
  • Act as the Product Owner within the SCRUM team
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors by leveraging analytics and customer input to create effective and sustainable solutions
  • Closely collaborate with technology partners to create a roadmap based on customer benefit and company strategy
  • Obtain input and buy-in for prioritization and roadmap from stakeholders, and communicate results across the organization
  • Guide internal teams regarding questions or problems with features as needed
  • Set goals for the adoption of critical digital capabilities, collaborate with others to create tactics to reach goals and report on progress periodically
  • Help shape and champion the long-term vision for the snapav.com customer experience across the organization
  • Become an expert on other digital solutions in the marketplace from direct and indirect competitors

    

Required Qualifications   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systms, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field and 5+ Years of relevant work experience in product management, managing software products from inception through launch OR 7+ Years of relevant work experience in product management, managing software products from inception through launch
  • Understanding of eCommerce, CRM, and microservice architected enterprise-grade technologies
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment, interfacing with business partners such as IT, Product Development, Marketing, User Experience Design, Customer Service, and Sales
  • Experience creating business cases

    

Preferred Qualifications   

  • Experience with HCL Commerce, HCL DX, Google Analytics, FullStory, Dynamic Yield, B2B eCommerce, or a two-step distribution model (manufacturer to dealer to consumer)
  • Familiarity with the CEDIA, Automation, IT Datacomm, Security, Commercial Integration, or Consumer Electronics industries
