The Senior Marketing Specialist will report to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and is responsible for the management of marketing campaigns from inception to execution to post deployment analysis and recommendations. This position requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong judgment, attention to detail, curiosity, and adaptability. The Senior Marketing Specialist will collaborate with various business teams to execute campaigns in a timely fashion. The role will focus on campaigns for Partner Rewards and other loyalty programs. 

  

Specific Responsibilities 

  • Manage communication schedule and ensure timely deployment of all campaign content including but not limited to email and direct mail
  • Collaborate across various departments to execute marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the creative team to manage the development of content for all campaigns
  • Produce campaign recap summaries, monitor and report on marketing effectiveness, and conduct completive analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategies
  • Effectively communicate campaign status, provide insights and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across various departments
  • Coordinate list generation from marketing database and manage customer targeting
  • Implement and optimize campaigns for loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
  • Manage and operationalize the daily output of the rewards engine, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with marketing goals
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Drive A/B testing and experimentation to optimize performance
  • Train and educate internal stakeholders on campaigns, loyalty programs and other initiatives
  • Other projects and initiatives dependent on the business needs

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices
  • 5+ years of agency, in-house Marketing experience or related experience
  • Experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in consumer electronics
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of Power BI
