This position will partner closely with other Fulfillment departments, therefore the ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with a high attention to detail are key attributes. The RMA Operator will work closely with other team members ensuring accuracy of daily tasks/functions and contribute to the success of the department.
Specific Responsibilities
- Process daily incoming RMA returns from partners
- Follow procedures to ensure accurate data entry
- Unload incoming shipments
- Prepare shipments to other WHS locations
- Prepare shipment returns to vendors
- Partner with other departments in the organization to support partner experience satisfaction inquiries regarding RMA returns
- Ability to communicate feedback to supervisors and managers accurately as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and overall environment
- Support and implement standard safety procedures outlined by the company
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and clearly communicate English
- Must be able to operate Windows based PC
- Confidently present information and/or engage in discussion in one-on-one and small group situations with team members and other employees
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a data entry
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Excel
