The Creative Services Manager, Copy, will lead a team of writers in creating compelling marketing/promotional collateral for a wide variety of Snap One products and services. These materials include website product information, product packaging, advertisements, email copy, and more. TheCreative Services Manager, Copy, is responsible for defining content strategy, brand voice, and ensuring their team delivers consistent, error-free deliverables.   


Specific Responsibilities

  • Lead writing team to ensure overall quality and efficiency of work across various platforms, including ecommerce, web, social media, email campaigns, videos, trade shows, and more 
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the internal content team and external copy resources. This includes work delegation, capacity management, and supporting and ensuring accountability 
  • Create effective content strategies to increase brand visibility  
  • Collaborate with various internal teams and department heads to define content goals 
  • Ensure content is SEO optimized to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings 
  • Ensure all content is in accordance with our brand guidelines and target audience 
  • Objectively evaluate performance to business strategy and goals, seeking continuous improvement  
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery of quality and efficiency by adopting best practices, optimizing resources, and levering technology and tools 


Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Journalism, English, or related field and 3+ year’s experience managing a team of writers
  • 2+ year’s experience writing copy in a Marketing Department
  • Understands creative development processes across critical channels


Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B marketing experience 
  • Previous experience in consumer electronics 
  • In-house marketing experience 
  • Proven experience using project management software; Jira and Wrike preferred
